Yoga (with) Anagha?

Hello ,

My name is Anagha. I am a Doctor in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences. I have been practicing Yoga since age 6. I have been teaching Yoga since 2009. I have taught yoga to over 500+ people.

I believe Mind, Body and spirit needs to be nurtured to lead a healthy life. In my yoga sessions, I focus on breathing practices(Pranayama) along with Postures(Asanas). My clients experience the authentic traditional yoga with the right amount of chanting(slokas).

I am a very strong advocate of Naturopathy

and natural methods of treating/preventing diseases. I am very passionate of researching on various ways of consuming healthy food. My diet prescriptions and suggestions involves lots of nutritious fruits and vegetables, freshly extracted juices, yummy dry fruit mixture and very interesting mix of pulses and grains.
